Call for Abstracts
Abstracts appropriate for this meeting are being accepted between February 15th to April 15th, 2026. All submitted abstracts will be considered for either a podium presentation or a poster presentation. Previously presented work will be considered. The length of your abstract must not exceed 350 words.
IMPORTANT NOTES about ABSTRACT SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS and REVIEW PROCESS:
- Submit your abstract, online, via the form that will be available on February 15, 2026.
- Abstracts will be reviewed by the program committee in a blinded process.
- You will be notified in June 2026 if your abstract has been accepted.
- Individuals may submit multiple abstracts. ONE abstract per form.
- Incomplete submissions will not be considered.
- If your submissions is properly submitted, you will receive a confirmation email along with a copy of your submission.
- It is your responsibility, as the person submitting the abstract to collect and submit all of the co-authors disclosures. Failure to do so will result in the co-authors names being pulled from your presentation.
