Poster Printing Services

1. Open the attached PDF to review the requirements for your poster, deadlines, and specs.
2. Once your poster is prepared, upload it HERE or to the link provided on the attached PDF.
3. Once you click on the upload link, you must fill out a FORM to upload your file(s).
   1. The completed form and your file upload will act as PLACING YOUR ORDER through LVE Exhibitor Services.
   2. Once your order is received, the LVE Exhibitor Services team will create an invoice and share a secure individual payment link via email.
   3. IMPORTANT: Please be sure to add LVE Exhibitor Services exhibitorservices@lvexpo.com to your safe sender list to avoid any important information from LVE going to spam.
4. IMPORTANT: Please follow the payment link to provide your credit card for payment immediately to receive your desired submission deadline rate.
5. Once the transaction is complete, LVE will send you a proof for approval. IMPORTANT: Please approve proofs immediately to receive your desired submission deadline rate. Once you approve, the poster will be printed and you can pick it up onsite at The Hyatt Regency in Denver.
6. Please note that all the above steps need to be completed in order to have a poster printed and delivered thru LVE.

• We have a large number of posters to display this year and therefore, we have very specific measurement requirements for your poster. The REQUIRED poster size should be 30”w x 46"h to accommodate the record number of abstracts we received this year. The posters will be displayed three to each side, so please do not exceed this size, as the boards will not accommodate a larger size. Please note that posters that do not accommodate the size above, will risk losing their space.
• Poster viewing will take place during breaks and receptions beginning Thursday, September 24, with two dedicated poster-viewing breakfast sessions scheduled for Friday and Saturday morning. Presenters are welcome to be present during these times to answer questions about their posters. There is no requirement to stand by your poster throughout the meeting or deliver a formal presentation. The boards will be numbered and you will be assigned a number as we get closer to the conference.
• Please note that presenters are responsible for ordering and providing their printed poster for display at the conference.
